A motorcyclist has been found dead in a ditch after a fatal accident on the B1111 at Garboldisham close to the junction with the A1066.

The man, aged in his 20s, was discovered by a member of the public at about 5.15pm yesterday. His motorbike, a blue Yamaha was found nearby.

Road blocks, put in place to allow emergency services to carry out initial investigations, were lifted at 8.15pm.

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw the motorcyclist before the collision to contact Wymondham Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 101.
