Great Cornard: Man bailed in investigation into children approached

A MAN arrested by police following a number of incidents of children being approached in Great Cornard has been bailed pending further enquiries.

Police received three reports of children being approached by a man between 3.30pm and 5.30pm on Thursday 31 January.

A 64-year-old man from the Sudbury area who was arrested on suspicion of common assault has been bailed to return to the Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre on 8 March 2013.
