Greater Anglia services running from London Liverpool Street to Colchester, Ipswich and Norwich are being delayed by up to 10 minutes.

A spokesman for the rail operator said: “This disruption is due to a speed restriction over defective track between Ilford and Seven Kings. Trains have to run at reduced speed on some lines.”

Delays are expected to continue until at least 20.30.
