POLICE are releasing some images of items recovered by police in the Harwich area in January.

A warrant was executed under the theft act in the Harwich area and was part of ongoing operations to prevent and detected crime following a recent spate of house burglaries and other offences.

A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of theft and handling stolen goods, questioned and released on police bail until February 25 for further enquiries to take place.

Various items were recovered including Makita and Hilti tools and a set of four Range Rover alloys and tyres and police are seeking the owners of these items. They could have been taken from a house or a business.

Anyone with any information should contact police at Harwich police station on 101.
