Police in Haverhill are appealing for witnesses after a car wheel was stolen and then replaced with an inferior one.

The incident occurred between 11.30am and 4pm Monday, January 13 in the car park of a public house in Helions Walk.

When the victim returned to their car, a blue Vauxhall Corsa, they discovered that the front driver’s side wheel had been stolen and replaced with another wheel in a noticeably poorer condition.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact PC Christian Thomas at Haverhill Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
