FIRE crews have been busy in Suffolk this evening responding to emergencies.

Two appliances were alerted to reports of a fire inside a factory on Homefield Road, Haverhill, at about 8.20pm.

The fire was located in the canteen and crews used two breathing apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish it.

A crew from Lowestoft attended a fire in Mountbatten Road in the town.

The appliance arrived to find a motorcyle on fire inside a shed which was also on fire.

Crews used a hose reel to extinguish the fire and returned to their station by 9.25pm.
