A man has been charged in connection with an attempted robbery at a store in Haverhill.

The incident occurred at about 7.35am on Friday, at the convenience store in Primrose Hill.

Mitchell Voller, 18, from Warren Court, Haverhill, was arrested yesterday and has been charged with attempted robbery and possession of a firearm while committing an offence (attempted robbery).

He will appear at West Suffolk Magistrates’ Court later today.
