A BRASS plaque was stolen from the outside of a building in Ipswich.

Police have issued a photo of the plaque, which was taken from the front of a business in Museum Street sometime between 6pm on Thursday, February 7 and 9am on Friday, February 8.

The plaque was a facia for three letter boxes.

Anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area, saw the plaque being stolen or knows where it is asked to call Sgt Jo Garrard at Ipswich Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
