A lorry has broken down in Ipswich causing traffic chaos for motorists.

Police were called at 12.45pm to St Helen’s Street when the heavy goods vehicle came to a halt.

A force spokesman said there was the incident which was causing problems for traffic in the town with three buses caught up in the delays. Recovery of the vehicle has been arranged.
