First buses will now take a different route through Ipswich on one of their services when it comes into the town.
The number 53 bus will operate via Princes Street, Friars Street, pas the Old Cattle Market and Upper Brook Street to Tower Ramparts bus station. The change will take effect from July 6.
Chris Speed from First Eastern Counties said: “These changes will help improve punctuality along the route and passengers will be able to access the town centre with ease.”
