Police in Ipswich are appealing for help as they try to find a missing teenager.

Courtney Staunton, 15, of Byron Road, was last seen at her home at about 11pm yesterday – she was reported missing this morning.

She is white, 5ft 5ins and slim, with dark brown, shoulder-length hair.

Anyone with information on Courtney’s whereabouts is asked to call the duty sergeant at Ipswich police on 101.

She has since been found by police - click here.

  • Sorry if it came across that I was making light of the situation. I'm certainly not criticising the girl's looks in any way. What I was pointing out was that every time someone goes missing the Ipswich Star always seem to be able to find the worse possible picture ever taken of them.

  • What is wrong with you people? A young girl goes missing and all you can do is criticise her photo and where she lives?. I bet you lot don't look like Brad Pitt either? How would you feel if this was your daughtersister that was missing? I hope she is found safe and sound.
