Police are appealing for assistance in tracing a missing man who called an NHS service line stating he was bleeding and wanted to self harm, shortly before his disappearance.

Paulo Teco, 31, of Bell Close in Ipswich, was reported missing to police at about 6.30pm yesterday.

Police say that are very concerned for Mr Teco’s wellbeing.

He is described as black, with short cropped hair and a beard. He is 5ft 6ins and has a tattoo on his right arm.
