Emergency services have attended a road traffic collision in Ipswich.

Police were called to the scene in Colchester Road just after 4.30pm, where there was a collision between a Mazda MX5 and a Citroen DS4.

One person was released by the Fire Service. Three crews from Princes Street attended.

Police said that one person had injured their leg and there was a possiblity of a spinal injury to them as well.

The road in both directions between Tuddenham Road and Sidegate Lane is partially blocked.
