A man is in hospital following a house fire in Ipswich.
Firefighters rescued two men from a blaze which broke out at a home in Bulwer Road at around 10.45am today.
Paramedics assessed both casualties, taking one of them to Ipswich Hospital for precautionary measures.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said he suffered minor smoke inhalation and was taken to hospital for further assessments.
A Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said three fire engines were sent to douse the flames.
It was put out by 11.30am.
It is not known at this stage what caused the fire or if an investigation will be launched.
