Police are continuing to try and track down a man who has been missing since New Year’s Eve after going out for a bike ride.

Gavin Francis was reported missing by his family after not being seen since around 5.45pm on Tuesday, December 31, when he left his home address in Purdis Farm.

The 44-year-old is described as white, 6ft tall, of average build, with dark brown receding hair, blue eyes and is clean shaven.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue lycra cycling top with a white stripe down the side and navy blue lycra cycling shorts.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Ipswich Police on 101.
