Police have renewed their appeal for assistance in tracing a 62-year-old man from Ipswich who was reported missing on Tuesday.

Keith Mallett was reported missing by a family member after leaving an address in Antrim Road, Ipswich at around 1:30pm.

His family are growing concerned as he has not returned and has not been in contact since.

Police have been informed that Mr Mallett enjoys walking and has recently been known to walk from his home in Ipswich along the Gipping Valley towards Needham Market.

Searches of the area are being carried out with the assistance of the police helicopter.

Keith is described as white, of slim build, 6ft tall, with blue eyes, short curly brown hair and a moustache. He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a denim jacket, brown coat and Basics trainers.

Anyone who thinks they may have seen Keith is asked to contact the duty sergeant at Ipswich Police on 101.
