Two women have been rescued after being trapped following a serious crash.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was called to London Road, Kessingland, at about 3.45pm by the East of England Ambulance Service.
The crash involved a white Ford Ka and a black Vauxhall Corsa and blocked the road.
Firefighters worked to free the women and had to remove the roof of one of the vehicles.
Both the casualties were taken to the James Paget Hospital with injuries which are thought not to be ‘life-threatening’.
Recovery teams were sent to the scene to remove the vehicles.
