Police are cancelling their appeal to trace missing man Brian Nunn after he was found in the Leiston area.

Police had appealed for help to trace the 76-year-old man who went missing in Leiston this morning, Monday, January 6.

Initial enquiries revealed he had last been seen around 8.15am in the High Street/ Cross Street area of the town.

However officers received a call around 1.10pm saying he had been safely located.

They have thanked the media and public for their help.
