A cyclist hurt his arm after being knocked off his bike by a motorist who failed to stop at the scene.

Police would like to speak to the driver of a black Nissan Navara who collided with the bike in the old A45 Felixstowe Road at Levington this morning.

The cyclist was travelling towards Felixstowe when he was knocked of the bike at around 11.30am, suffering a sore arm.

It is thought the Navara may have damage to its wing mirror.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pc Damian Richer at Felixstowe by dialling 101.

  • Reading this story, and that of the hit-and-run cyclist who knocked a lorry driver out and then rode off, you could be forgiven for thinking there is now open warfare between motorists and cyclists. What is the matter with people?
