A Mercedes has been damaged after it was left at a parking bay on the old A45 at Levington between 1am and 10am on Sunday March 9.

The victim was driving from Ipswich when the car got a flat tyre and they parked up.

The next morning they returned to the layby at the Ipswich end of the old A45 and discovered the vehicle had been badly damaged.

Most panels had been dented and the windscreen and lights had been smashed.
