Suffolk Police are appealing for assistance in tracing a 15-year-old boy who went missing from his home address in Little Stonham yesterday, Tuesday, March 25.

Jordan Evans was last seen at his home at around 6pm but left the property some time before 6.30pm. Attempts have been made to contact Jordan but he has not been heard from since.

He is described as black, around 5ft 11ins, of slim build, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans, a grey hooded top and a red baseball cap.

It is believed that Jordan may be in the Northamptonshire area.

Officers are appealing to Jordan or anyone who may have seen him to get in contact immediately on 101.
