Lowestoft: Carl Horth, 26, appearing in court charged with persistently begging

A 26-year-old man will appear in court this morning charged with persistently begging in a public place.

Carl Horth of Denmark Road was arrested yesterday evening after police were called by Waveney CCTV operators saying a man was approaching members of the public.

He was interviewed in custody before being charged and detained for an appearance at Lowestoft Magistrates’ Court this morning.
