Police want to trace a man who grabbed a woman’s arm from his car after driving up behind her.
He is described as being of Asian/Pakistani appearance, in his late 30s to early 40s, of thick set build, with ear-level dark hair and wearing a grey hooded top. He was driving a dark-coloured Peugeot 306 or similar.
The incident took place in Normanston Drive around 11pm on Monday night.
A 26-year-old woman was walking up the road, not far from the petrol station near the railway station, when a vehicle pulled up behind her.
The man in the car opened the door and grabbed her arm and told her to get into the vehicle. The woman broke free and the man closed the door and drove away.
Police are asking anyone who saw the incident or anyone with information about who the man is to call Pc Carlo Di Franco at Lowestoft on 101.
