A late night blaze in Lowestoft was tackled by fire crews overnight.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service receieved a call of the blaze in a shop in Bridge Road at 11.59pm.

Crews from Lowestoft North and Lowestoft South attended the incident, bringing the fire under control by 12.21am.

They used two sets of breathing apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish the blaze.
