Man cut from car after crash outside Colchester supermarket

Firefighters in Essex cut a man free from a car earlier today.

The casualty was involved in a two-vehicle collision outside a supermarket in Greensted Road, Colchester around 5pm.

Two fire crews from the town used cutting equipment to free him.

He was then left in the care of the ambulance service.
