Man taken to hospital after falling off ladder in Bramford

A man was taken to hospital after falling from a ladder in Bramford this morning.

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust received a call at 11.10am to St Marys Close, following reports that a man had fallen from a ladder in the village.

An ambulance crew and an ambulance officer attended the scene and treated a man in his 60s who had fallen approximately 10ft.

He had suffered a head injury and was suffering from back and pelvic pain.

He was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
