The accident happened near Tesco in Martlesham


POLICE are appealing for information following a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A12 yesterday.


The accident happened at Martlesham at about 5.15pm on the southbound carriageway at the roundabout near to Tesco and involved a blue Peugeot 107 and a second vehicle, which failed to stop at the scene.

No one was seriously injured as a result of the collision.

Officers are appealing for the driver of the second vehicle to get in contact with police immediately.
