Metal detecting enthusiast finds unexploded bomb

POLICE and the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) were called after an unexploded bomb was found in West Row.
A Suffolk police spokesman said that they had been contacted shortly after 4pm yesterday after a shell bomb was found by a metal detecting enthusiast in the West Row area.
The shell was taken away by the BDS at 6.30pm.
