Orwell Bridge: Ladders fall from van causing police to close A14 in Ipswich-bound direction

Drivers have been alert to avoid ladders falling from a van which was being driven in the Orwell Bridge area.

Police have a rolling road-block in action on the road in the Ipswich-bound direction after being called at 2.45pm.

A spokeswoman said she believed no-one had been hurt and the ladders were being recovered.
