There has been a crash on the Main Road, Parham, this morning.

The B1116 is blocked in both directions between Dark Lane and Fairfield Road because of a two-vehicle accident.

Police were called at around 6.56am to the collision between a Vauxhall Vectra estate and a Citreon Xsara Picasso near Broadwater Farm.

One person is trapped in their vehicle by the leg and fire crews are in attendance, another is described as walking wounded.

Police remain at the scene.
