Archant

A couple have made a plea for help in finding their two lost dogs.

Bedlington Whippets Laurie and Otta have been missing since 10am last Thursday.

Silas Rayner and his girlfriend Daisy Clarke, have been searching to try and find the pair, who went missing in the Peasenhall, Sibton and Heveningham area, but without any luck.

The two dogs were not wearing collars but are micro chipped.

Mr Rayner said: “We assume now they have either been shot, stolen or completey lost.

“My girlfriend is absolutely distraught about it.

“They are father and daughter. Laurie is grey and white, six-years-old, with a rough coat and unusually for a dog he has a clef palate.

“Otta is black with a greyish head, two-years-old, with a rough coat. She is very very friendly.

“There have been very faint sightings near Leiston, Wisset and Framlingham although nothing serious to go on.

“Any help finding them is hugely appreciated even if it is news of their passing.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Mr Rayner on 07910 691483 or Miss Clarke on 07881 293643.
