I want to complain about this content:
I recently had reason to call into the reception at St Leonards hospital in Sudbury - access to their car park is via Belle Vue Road. That road was full of cars, more than I have ever seen and the hospital car park was full - some double parked which I have never seen before. It has got worse since Babergh DC introduced long stay car parking charges so I too have sympathy for town centre residents.
