I want to complain about this content:
Oh please! The UK has had an ageing population issue since the 1980s. All political parties since have pretty much ignored the issue. Now we have the crisis about social care etc. What have politicians been doing for the last 25 years ....... errrrr nothing. So, if Suffolk is ready (which I doubt) then its about time.
