A second arrest has been made in connection with the death of a man in St Osyth in Essex in the early hours of this morning.

Officers were called shortly before 4.45am to Rochford Road, where a 23-year-old man is reported to have been stabbed.

Police at the scene carried out CPR in a bid to revive the victim until the ambulance service arrived.

He was taken to hospital but died shortly after he arrived.

A 29-year-old woman from Clacton was arrested this morning on suspicion of murder, and remains in custody for questioning.

This afternoon, a 35-year-old man from London has also been arrested on suspicion of murder.
