Simple Minds, The Pretenders and KT Tunstall are set to perform at a Colchester venue.

The three acts will combine to perform at Colchester’s Castle Park on August 26, 2018.

The tickets went on sale yesterday morning from the Colchester events website.

Councillor Annie Feltham, portfolio holder for commercial services said: “This is yet another example of the fantastic artists that have put Colchester on their tour schedule for 2018, showing that our town is most definitely ‘on the map’ for attracting top performers and acts touring the UK.”

Simple Minds and The Pretenders are set to tour the UK together in 2018 after not sharing a stage since Live Aid.

Celebrating new albums, Simple Minds and The Pretenders will perform their classic hits joined by special guest KT Tunstall who will bring her unique style and warmth.
