The new timetable – route 387 –will replace the current route 87 provided by FirstGroup. Suffolk County Council has been in dialogue with Galloway Travel Group to launch the new service.
The new service will serve the Cedars Park area picking up children on their way to school.
Richard Smith, operations manager at Galloway said: “I’m delighted that we have been able to step in and help the local area
“We believe the route can be a commercial success and look forward to receiving renewed support from the local community.”
The new service will begin on November 18 and will cover the town, Stowupland, Cedars Park and Combs Ford between 06.55am to 4.35pm. For more details visit www.travel-galloway.com
