Police are appealing to trace a 44-year-old man from the Stockton area, in Cleveland, who has links with Suffolk.

Kevin Cooper was last seen getting into a taxi in Delstrother Avenue at around 11am on Monday. He was carrying a large blue rucksack or holdall and is believed to have links to the Suffolk area.

Mr Cooper is described as a white male, around 6ft tall, of stocky build with a tanned complexion, brown eyes and short brown/ greying hair. He has a tribal design tattoo on his left arm and a British bulldog tattoo on his right arm. He was last seen wearing a navy blue fleece, blue jeans and white trainers.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Cleveland police on 101.
