Pigs stolen

Four piglets have been stolen from a field off Hollesley Road in Sutton.

A police spokeswoman said: “The piglets were taken from two sties and were so young it’s thought they may not survive away from their mothers.”

The incident happened between 1pm on Saturday and 8am on Sunday – anyone who saw anything suspicious or has any information about those responsible should call PC Andrew Warne at the Woodbridge & District Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101.
