The most expensive house sold in 2017 in Suffolk was Hitcham House in Ipswich.

This property was sold for £6,100,000 in 2017 - it is a detached house with three bedrooms and one bathroom.

Second on the list is 153 The Street in Rushmere St Andrew, which was sold for £2,750,721.

In third place was Stone House on Gun Hill Street in Southwold which was sold for £2,650,000.
