The incident happened in Beach Road at around 7pm on Friday, November 11, 2017.

Joshua Heath, 27, of Oseney Crescent, London NW5 has been charged with possession of firearm with intent to endanger life and attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent to do harm.

Heath is next due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Monday, May 21.

Two other men have already been charged in connection with the incident and are also due in court on May 21.
