Thorpe-le-Soken: Firefighters called following three-vehicle collision

Firefighters were called to the scene of a three-vehicle collision in Essex today which caused delays for motorists.

C rews from Clacton and Weeley were sent to the scene in Station Road, Thorpe-le-Soken, at about 1pm.

The firefighters on scene used one set of cutting equipment to release two people from one car just before 1.50am.

They were then left in the care of the ambulance service.
