Police are appealing for witnesses after number plates were stolen from two vehicles in Thurlow.

The thefts occurred between 2pm Sunday, January 12 and 8.30am Tuesday, January 14 in a parking area off Wratting Road.

The front number plate of a grey Land Rover Freelander and the rear number plate of a red Vauxhall Corsa were stolen.

Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or who has information about these incidents is asked to contact PC Christian Thomas at Haverhill Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
