Travel: Delays on northbound A12 after incident involving car and lorry

A crash involving a car and a lorry blocked part of the A12 in Kelvedon earlier this evening.

Although it has now been cleared the road was partially closed which caused queuing traffic on the northbound carriageway between the junctions for Kelvedon north and south.

However there is still some congestion is currently being experienced as far back as the Hatfield Peverel south junction.
