Travel: Emergency services free one person from vehicle after crash near Risby

One person was freed from a van following a crash on the A14 near Risby.
Police were called to the two-vehicle collision, near the slip-road leading to the village in the Newmarket-bound direction, at 1.45pm.
Ambulance and fire crews are also in attendance.
An ambulance service spokesman said: “Two casualties were treated, one for a neck injury and one suffering a chest injury.
“Their conditions aren’t thought to be serious but they’ve been conveyed to West Suffolk Hospital for further treatment.”
The fire service said they freed one of the casualties from a van.
The road reopened before 3.30pm.
