Travel: Long rail delays caused by signalling problem

SIGNALLING problems have caused delays for commuters this evening.
A signalling problem at London Liverpool Street has caused delays of up to 15 minutes for trains travelling to and from the station.
The problem has now been resolved but delays are continuing.
