Traffic delays have been reported near the A140 this morning after a thatch fire yesterday forced the closure of Norwich Road in Barham.

Diversions were still in place at 8am this morning after the road was closed between the Sandy Lane junction and the A140.

Police had closed the road after a fire, which started around 3.45pm and engulfed two properties in the village.

An elderly couple and another man were forced to flee their homes in the fire.
