Travel: Train cancellations in region

There are more train cancellations today across the region.

The combination of factors that cancelled trains between Ipswich and Felixstowe yesterday are still ongoing, with a replacement bus service operating.

Greater Anglia said there were ongoing repairs to trains damaged in a fatal accident and by flooding, along with other issues.

They said the service would be back to normal tomorrow.

The 10am from London Liverpool Street to Norwich is also cancelled, due to a train fault.

  • The missing word is "again"! In other words no change from usual, Shambellio's idea of a "good service". Add in the daily short trains (due to refurbishment - but only the outside), cancellations and unreliability, I suppose to them that is "good"?
