RAIL passengers are facing delays due to signalling problems.
Greater Anglia said there are problems between Brentwood and Harold Wood meaning that trains are having to run at reduced speed on some lines.
Train services may be delayed by up to 20 minutes and Network Rail engineers are working to fix the problem.
Meanwhile Suffolk police has said that there are no accidents or problems across the county’s roads.
