A CYCLIST has suffered neck injuries after hitting a car this morning.
The accident in Ashburnham Way, Lowestoft, was reported to Suffolk police just before 7.40am.
The crash, which involved a cyclist and a BMW car, caused slow traffic on the road at the A1117 Elm Tree Road junction.
The cyclist, a woman in her 50s, suffered head and neck pain. She was taken by ambulance to James Paget Hospital for further treatment.
