Officers have been searching for a child after his grandmother reported him missing near Felixstowe Leisure Centre.

Police searched the town to find the boy after he had been last seen climbing up stairs on the promenade near the pier.

His grandmother was searching for about 10 minutes before she called police who arrived at about 3.15pm. But he was found safe and well by about 3.50pm.
